Flair Vision IELTS Institute is managed under the direction of Mr. Barinder Singh. Basically, he belongs to Bakshiwala, Budhlada. At the age of 20, he moved to New Zealand and spent five years there. He had done job for eleven months at Fairfax Media, where he flourished his team management skills. He has won the certificate of Business Level-6.

In 2018, he returned to homeland- Punjab, India and started an IELTS Institute to provide better educational opportunities. His mission is to setup students in foreign countries like canada, new zealand successfully.

In 2020, he had taken the institute’s infrastructure, teaching quality upto a whole next level. Institute gained the momentum in recent year from the students of city. He managed well and convert this momentum into positive results.
